Printing a Middle School Transcript

To print a middle school transcript,

1. Log into Axiom
2. Click on the Rocketship (System Icon)
3. Click on the Documents link
4. In the Transcripts section, click on Middle School Transcripts
5. Click on the Find Documents button
6. When the criteria window opens, make your selections as seen below
   
   
   Choose the student's or groups Graduation Year
   DO NOT choose a School Level
   Choose Role - If current student, choose Student; if an Alum, choose Alumnus/a; if a student who has withdrawn, choose Former Student
7. Click Find
